Create Your Own Body Mind Soul Harmonising Kit

In this workshop, you will learn about and make natural remedies using weeds/herbs to help harmonise your body, mind and soul. We will cover diet, lifestyle, cortisol levels, hormones, mineral imbalances and so much more.

We will begin the day with a farm walk led by Pat identifying useful herbs/weeds. Learning about weeds/herbs and essential oils that will help bring about a natural healthy balance.

We will then make numerous products to take home. Including creams, a spray, essential oil roll on, teas, capsules and Pat’s famous elixir!!!

All ingredients, jars, bottles and a delicious vegetarian lunch feast are included in the cost.
