In this workshop, you will create your own herbal first aid kit made from natures finest gifts.

We will begin the day with a farm walk lead by Pat identifying useful herbs/weeds. You will learn how to incorporate and appreciate them for their benefits and as messengers that tell us about our soil and it’s condition.

We will then make 16 herbal remedies to take home including; capsules, creams, ointments, tinctures, rescue remedy and flour de salts. These will help heal wounds, burns, stings, bits and boost your immunity the way nature intended.

All ingredients, jars, bottles and a delicious vegetarian lunch feast are included in the cost.
