In this workshop, you will learn about and make natural remedies using weeds/herbs to boost your immune system and support your respiratory health. Perfect to help protect you against the winter blues!!
We will begin the day with a farm walk led by Pat identifying useful herbs/weeds and learning about home healing remedies and methods including the art of making poultices and compressions.
We will then make numerous products to take home including capsules, ointments, syrups, teas, lozenges, and my favourite, your very own inhalation tin!!!
All ingredients, jars, bottles, and a delicious vegetarian lunch feast are included in the cost.
