In this workshop, you will learn about and make natural skin care products. Pat will talk about ingredients that are in common cosmetics and how you can replace them. We will then learn about essential oils that will deeply nourish, revitalize and protect your skin all year long.
We will begin the day with a farm walk led by Pat identifying useful herbs/weeds in particular the ones that bring about flowing skin inside and out.
We will then make numerous products to take home. Including Suncream, deodorant, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, shaving cream, lip balm, rich cream for sensitive skin, body butter and precious nourishing oil.
All ingredients, jars, bottles and a delicious vegetarian lunch feast are included in the cost.
